Our Methodology

Each client engagement is unique. Artistream Energy conducts a holistic client assessment that encompasses:

1. The clients vision
2. The client’s current and planned energy usage
3. Building and land characteristics
4. Aesthetic considerations
5. Available federal, state and local rebates and tax offsets
6. The client’s budget
7. Financing options

We then present the most effective and efficient energy options for client review. The client decides upon a plan of action and Artistream Energy designs a custom implementation solution that fits this plan of action. This is presented to the client for final review.

With a client approved solution in hand, Artistream Energy brings in a qualified solution provider or requests bids from multiple providers. The final proposal(s) are vetted with the client. Though Artistream Energy does not participate in the actual implementation of the solution, we stay in contact with the solution provider, monitor their progress and act as quality control for the project.

In addition to streamlining the education, assessment and design process for both the client and the solution provider, Artistream Energy provides the additional benefit of ensuring accurate and timely execution of the approved solution. Solution providers who do not provide superior service and put the client first are dropped from the Artistream Energy network and are not allowed to bid on future contracts.
